Shipping policy

We are offering all standard shipping. So once your order is placed, you can expect your order within 5-8 business days. If you are an order outside of the United States, shipping times may vary. 

Our shipping costs are a flat rate of $7.99 unless you have a free shipping promo code used at time of purchase or if you live outside of the US. International shipping costs vary and will be added at checkout depending on your address. 
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs if you choose to return a purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or non-deliverable address.

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please message us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
