Refund policy

Returns
We don’t allow full refunds back to original payment method, it will be store credit for the amount you purchased minus the shipping fee. Our policy lasts 14 days from time of purchase. If you contact us to return your items after 14 days have gone by since it was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All shoe return requests must be made within 7 days of order date or they will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must not be used. Must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags/labels attached. Any worn/used merchandise will NOT be refunded. All accepted returns will be given in store credit minus shipping.

Kids items from our Little Lunas collection, jewelry, and Sale items are NOT RETURNABLE.

To start your refund, email us at shoplunawear@gmail.com with a description of why you need to return your item. We may ask for pictures if it was something wrong with the item. We will reply with an answer and ask you to send it back to our address once we confirm. We will provide the return address through our email response.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be sent to you in store credit.

 Shipping will not be refunded to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you live in the United States, you can expect your package to be sent out within 1-2 business days and reach you the following week. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
